THE ROLE OF COLOR IN ARTISTIC IMAGE FORMATION OF INTERIOR DESIGN

Abstract


The article highlights the scientific and practical basis of color science, which is the basis for creating an artistic image of the internal environment. The aim of the work is to analyze the importance of color in the formation of the artistic image of the interior. The research methodology is historical-cultural and art history approaches, methods of analysis and generalization. The scientific novelty is to identify the role of color in relation to the specifics of the interior, to distinguish the importance of polychromy in the interior from an aesthetic point of view and the laws of color in the composition of the interior.
