Monitoring of the public-private partnership synergetic potential in strategic management system of the integrating processes in AIC

Abstract


The article proposes the use of synergistic potential of public-private partnership monitoring  in the context of strategic management of integration processes in the agro-industrial complex. The purpose of the research is to develop methodological and organizational principles for the formation of a system for monitoring synergistic potential. The emphasis is placed on the necessity of forming a new type of integration relations based on public-private partnership. The basic requirements for the implementation of strategic management of integration processes in the agroindustrial complex, the result of which is the formation of the integration of entrepreneurial agro-industrial structures on the basis of PPP, have been grounded according to system approach. The main stages of implementation has been specified and the structure of the monitoring system of the synergistic potential of PPP has been determined.

В роботі запропоновано використання моніторингу синергетичного потенціалу державно-приватного партнерства в контексті стратегічного управління інтеграційними процесами в агропромисловому комплексі. Метою статті є розробка методолого-організаційних засад формування системи моніторингу синергетичного потенціалу. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності формування нового типу інтеграційних відносин, базисом яких є державно-приватне партнерство. На основі системного підходу обґрунтовано основні вимоги до реалізації стратегічного управління інтеграційними процесами в АПК, результатом яких є формування інтеграційних підприємницьких агропромислових структур на засадах ДПП. Конкретизовано основні етапи  впровадження та визначено структуру системи моніторингу синергетичного  потенціалу ДПП.
