ВИТОКИ ТА СУТНІСТЬ «HERRENVOLK РЕЖИМІВ»: ЕТНОКОНФЛІКТОЛОГІЧНИЙ АНАЛІЗ
Abstract
Стаття присвячена етноконфліктологічному аналізові витоків та сутності одного з найбільш жорстоких етнополітичних режимів, зокрема «Herrenvolk режиму». Виявлено, що його теоретичні засади були сформовані ще у XVII ст. в Англії та Голландії, апробовані й втілені ними в життя спочатку в Ірландії, Північній Америці, Східній Індії та Південній Африці, а дещо пізніше його запроваджено правлячою елітою в США. У ХХ ст. «Herrenvolk режими» було встановлено у нацистській Німеччині та Південно-Африканській Республіці часів апартеїду. Підтверджено і висвітлено антидемократичну, антигуманну сутність зазначених етнополітичних режимів. Доведено, що саме їх існування перманентно породжує численні етнополітичні конфлікти, сприяє їх ескалації та перетворенню на етнічні/расові заворушення, революції й війни.

Статья посвящена этноконфликтологическому анализу истоков и сущности одного из наиболее жестоких этнополитических режимов, в частности «Herrenvolk режима». Виявлено, что его теоретические основы были сформированы еще в XVII в. в Англии и Голландии, апробированы и воплощены ими в жизнь сначала в Ирландии, Северной Америке, Восточной Индии и Южной Африке, а позже его использовано в нацистской Германии и Южно-Африканской Республике времен апартеида. Подтверждено и рассмотрено антидемократическую, антигуманную сущность названных этнополитических режимов. Доказано, что именно их существование перманентно рождает многочисленные этнополитические конфликты, способствует их эскалации и перерождению на этнические/расовые столкновения, революции и войны.

The article is devoted to ethnoconflictological analysis of the sources and essence of one of the most savage ethnopolitical regimes, «Herrenvolk regime» in particular. It was shown that its theoretical foundations were formed in the XVII century in England and Holland, rehearsed and put into practice at first in Ireland, North America, East India and South Africa, and a bit later it was established by the ruling elite in the USA. In the XX century«Herrenvolk regime» was imposed in nazy Germany and the South African Republic at the time of apartheid. The antidemocratic, antihuman essence of above mentioned regimes was confirmed and shown. It was proved that just its existence couses numerous ethnopolitical conflicts, promote its escalation and transformation into ethnic/race revolts, revolutions and wars.
