PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR FORMING THE PROFESSIONAL READINESS OF MASTERS-VOCALISTS FOR ARTISTIC AND CREATIVE ACTIVITY

Abstract


The methodological basis of the process of forming professional readiness of master vocalists for artistic and creative activity was substantiated scientific approaches, methodological principles reflected in previous professional author publications, namely: the principle of integrative interconnection of professional disciplines; the principle of reflexivity; the principle of organizational mobility; the principle of performing plasticity.

In accordance with the declared topic of the publication, we propose to consider the introduced pedagogical conditions for the study of the formation of professional readiness of master vocalists for artistic and creative activity: purposeful formation of the need for artistic and creative activity (development of personal and professional qualities) of master vocalists; mastering of artistic and creative skills by master vocalists in the process of educational and performing activities; directing master vocalists to planning artistic and creative projects, with the prospect of their practical implementation.
