LEADERSHIP AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN HYBRID MANAGEMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION
Abstract
The article explores the interaction of leadership and artificial intelligence in hybrid management, with a focus on socio-philosophical aspects in the context of globalization. It examines the integration of technological tools such as artificial intelligence and big data through the lens of transformational and service leadership. The role of leaders in maintaining the ethical and social balance between technological efficiency and human values is a crucial aspect of the social philosophy of management. In the digital transformation era, hybrid management provides practical solutions to balance global economic demands and human capital needs. The philosophical understanding of these processes is based on the concepts of technological determinism and humanistic management, which help to understand the impact of artificial intelligence on management processes and the social structure of organizations. The article also analyzes how globalization is changing leadership models, reinforcing the importance of social responsibility and adaptability in the face of uncertainty. This study contributes to the understanding of how hybrid management can be an effective tool for addressing global challenges while upholding ethical and social principles of management, with practical implications for leaders and managers in various industries.
Keywords: hybrid management, artificial intelligence, social philosophy, globalization, transformational leadership, service leadership, technological determinism, humanistic management.
