HYBRID MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PHILOSOPHY OF TECHNOCRATISM AS A BALANCE BETWEEN TECHNOLOGY AND THE HUMAN FACTOR

Abstract


The article examines hybrid management in the context of the philosophy of technocratism, which places technology at the center of management processes. The author analyzes how the technocratic approach, which focuses on automation, rationalization, and minimization of human participation, affects modern management models. Special attention is paid to integrating the human factor into technocratic systems, as well as ethical challenges arising at the interface of technology and management. The article examines how a hybrid approach, combining technological and humanistic methods, allows one to adapt to the challenges of a technocratic society effectively. The study also covers ethical issues in hybrid management, such as data privacy, automated controls, and the role of managers as "moral mediators" between technology and workers. In addition, the interaction of the human factor and technologies in modern organizations, where creativity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt remain important. The article offers prospects for the development of hybrid management in conditions of growing technocratic influence, including opportunities for integrating the latest technologies and forming new management strategies.
