IMPLEMENTING GAMIFICATION FOR TRAINING PERSONNEL IN A MODERN ORGANIZATION

Abstract


 

The article reviews the modern phenomenon of gamification in relation to corporate training of personnel. Examples of using gamification in different educational programs and corporate format are analyzed and provided. The peculiarities of implementation of gamification depending on age groups of participants are reviewed.
