ANALYSIS OF ARTICLE 3683 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE

Abstract


This article provides a detailed analysis of the provisions of the Criminal Code on bribery of officials, namely the rules establishing liability for bribery of an official of a legal entity of private law, regardless of organizational and legal form (Articles 354, 364, 364-1, 365-2 , 368, 368-3, 368-4, 369, 369-2, 370 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), through the analysis of the mechanism of construction of sanctions of criminal law. And also substantiated recommendations are provided for their completion.
