ІНТЕРРЕГІОНАЛІЗМ КРІЗЬ ПРИЗМУ СУЧАСНИХ ГЕОПОЛІТИЧНИХ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЙ

Abstract


На підставі аналізу існуючих у світовій науковій думці теоретико-методологічних підходів до вивчення природи феномену інтеррегіоналізму стверджується, що інтеррегіоналізм є своєрідною відповіддю на процеси глобалізації та регіоналізації. Доведено, що ступінь взаємозалежності та геополітичного/геоекономічного впливу, який здійснюють міжнародні ареали, на світову політику обумовлює розвиток інтеррегіонального співробітництва або інтерпросторової конфронтації. Від рівня згоди між акторами інтеррегіональних схем взаємодій, позитивної просторової динаміки залежить ефективність багаторівневої системи глобального управління інтеррегіональними/регіональними проектами.

         Ключові слова: інтеррегіоналізм, конкуруючий регіоналізм, міжнародно-політичний/міжнародно-економічний регіон, сучасна система міжнародних відносин, просторова інституціоналізація, глобальне управління інтеррегіональними/регіональними проектами, регіональна ідентичність, регіональна інтеграція, зовнішня регіональна політика держави в сфері безпеки, системна теорія.

На основе анализа существующих в мировой научной мысли теоретико-методологических подходов к изучению природы феномена интеррегионализма утверждается, что интеррегионализм представляет собой своеобразный ответ на процессы глобализации и регионализации. Доказано, что степень взаимозависимости и геополитического/геоэкономического влияния, которое оказывают международные ареалы, на мировую политику обуславливает развитие интеррегионального сотрудничества или интерпространственной конфронтации. От уровня согласия между акторами интеррегиональных схем взаимодействий, позитивной пространственной динамики зависит эффективность многоуровневой системы глобального управления интеррегиональными/региональными проектами.

It is approved on basis of theoretical and methodological approaches on research of nature of phenomenon of interregionalism in the world-wide scientific thought that interregionalism is sui generis response on processes of globalization and regionalization. It was proved that degree of interdependence and geopolitical/geoeconomic impact of international areas on the world politics determines development of interregional cooperation and interspatial confrontation. Effectiveness of multilayered system of global governance over the interregional/regional projects depends on the level of accord between actors of interregional schemes of interactions and positive spatial dynamics.
