THE ASCERTAINING STAGE OF EXPERIMENTAL WORK ON THE FORMATION OF ENSEMBLE SINGING SKILLS OF STUDENTS OF THE FACULTIES OF ARTS
Abstract
The article considers the ascertaining stage of experimental work on the formation of ensemble singing skills of students of faculties of arts, at which we made a zero cut of the formation of the conscious approach of future specialists of musical art to vocal training, their musical and aesthetic thinking, the desire to acquire such competencies in the field of vocal art as: vocal technique, musical and theoretical training, historical knowledge and analytical skills, practical application of theoretical knowledge in vocal practice. We came to the conclusion that the division into four levels will more fully reveal the state of formation of ensemble singing skills of students of faculties of arts in the process of vocal training: initial, reproducible, sufficient, creative.
The initial level of formation implies the presence of weak self-awareness in students in vocal activity, the absence of a need for self-expression and self-improvement. The reproductive level is represented by students with fragmentary theoretical knowledge and practical skills, unstable enthusiasm for the educational and performing process, which has a situational and reproductive nature of knowledge acquisition. The sufficient level is characterized by incomplete immersion in the creative process of vocal training, a weak manifestation of individual style, but students have purposefulness, awareness of basic pedagogical and performing styles, and a desire to improve their professional competences. The creative level shows a formed individual style of creative, pedagogical and performing activity, students have a clear professional orientation, a positive attitude towards professional activity. This allowed us to provide quantitative and qualitative indicators for the levels of ensemble singing skills.
