SPORTS TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PRACTICE OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS WITH HEARING IMPAIRMENTS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS OF INCLUSIVE TYPE

Abstract


The article presents the results of an experimental study of the optimization of physical education of students with hearing impairments in higher education institutions of inclusive type through the use of sports technology (on the example of Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling). Improving the levels of health, physical fitness, functional and psycho-emotional states of students with hearing impairments is possible by conditions of the organized process and taking into account their motor preferences, desire to engage in specific sports, the dynamics of their own achievements during their studies in the University. A method of accentuated training in the technique of physical exercises on the example of basic techniques in wrestling, which involves the implementation of successive technical actions, taking into account the operational psychophysical state, contributes to the positive dynamics in improving the individual motor skills of students with hearing impairments.           Key words: technique of physical exercises, teaching methods, techniques, wrestling.
