PREREQUISITES FOR DEVELOPING OF INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY OF HEALTH-PRESERVING COMPETENCE’S FORMATION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL CHILDREN
Abstract
The article substantiates the prerequisites for the developing of an integrated technology of health-preserving competence’s formation of children of primary school age.
Girls and boys were found to have below average levels of physical health and physical activity, and there were identified a significant number of children with below average levels of values. Based on a detailed analysis of experimental data, there are identified the factors that can contribute to the formation of health competence of primary school students: attention emphasized on the use of breathing exercises in combination with physical exercises; increasing motivation for independent and systematic exercise; formation of skills of independent and active show of self-control; purposeful formation of axiological guidelines for a healthy lifestyle and positive motivation of children to exercise ,and organization of the educational process in physical culture on the basis of integrated education.
