THE PROBLEM OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF TEACHERS OF LABOR EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGIES IN HIGH SCHOOL ABROAD

Abstract


The urgency of the studied problem is due to the fact that in the system of teacher training in higher education institutions of Ukraine is still insufficiently taken into account the objective trends of modern education. At the same time, today the requirements to the level of teacher training, able to initiate the search for effective models of organization and management of educational and cognitive activities of students at school, are becoming especially important. The article, based on a comparative analysis and assessment of modern pedagogical processes and phenomena in Ukraine and Western countries, reveals the features of professional training of teachers of labor education and technology in higher education institutions.

The importance of the transition to new forms of organization of the educational process in the reform of higher education in Ukraine is pointed out. It is proved that in the process of training a teacher of labor education and technology it is advisable to use the following methods and techniques: conducting interactive problem lectures; introduction in the course of practical classes of such forms of work as "round table", "workshop", conducting debates, discussions, analysis of pedagogical situations, video fragments of lessons; conducting workshops, master classes, training sessions; extensive use of electronic educational resources, multimedia tools; use of elements of imitation, reflection, relaxation during separate practical classes; use of new approaches to monitoring and evaluating student achievement. Based on the study and generalization of foreign and domestic experience, it was found that the training of teachers of labor training and technology should be presented within the integrative and content of curricula, personality-oriented approach, the concept of immersion in practical learning.
