COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH ROSACEA WITH THE USE OF VASOCORRECTIVE THERAPY

Abstract


The subject of the study – rosacea in women. The aim of the work is to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with rosacea by complex differentiated therapy based on the establishment of the role of vasoactive mediators of prostanoid and neuropeptide nature. It was found that in all 107 women with rosacea, the first and earliest clinical manifestation of dermatosis was the appearance of episodes of tides with local reddening of the skin and a feeling of moderate fever in this area, which further led to the development of erythematous squamous or papulopustole stages of the disease. Complex treatment with the use of combined methods of vasocorrective therapy provides clinical recovery and significant improvement in 87.3% of patients, restores to physiological values the content of the studied neuropeptides and eicosanoids in the blood.Key words: rosacea in women, vasocorrective therapy, prostaglandins, neuropeptides.
